When the second-hand machines come in the mechanic garage, they are completely stripped down from the biggest until the smallest part, in order to choose carefully who need to be repaired or to make substitutions with the new products.
We don’t overhaul bearings, oil protectors, belts, transmitting chain, hydraulic plant, wheels, gaskets, engine, filters, cog-wheels, because they are directly substituted with new ones. In short, the basic parts are choosen with the new ones and it is only overhaul the chassis and the coachwork (the roof, several protections and tanks, etc). Subsequently, the machine is rejoined together, varnished and carefully tested as if it were really new
